Torch and Tone- Twelve Week Gym Program
Do you want to lose excess weight, and increase lean muscle? Do you have a gym membership, but are afraid to step into the weight-room because you don’t know what to do? Then this is the program for you! The Torch and Tone twelve week program was created for men and women who are familiar with working-out, but are now ready to take the next step. This program will improve stamina, increase muscle mass, and take your fitness to a whole new level. Torch and Tone includes a variety of five different cardio workouts, twelve different easy-to-follow weight training programs, as well as an assortment of abdominal and core exercises. This course is designed to get progressively harder, and more intense every four weeks, focusing on fat loss and muscle growth.
