RIPPED AND READY- Twelve Week Gym Program
The Ripped and Ready program is for men and women who are ready to burn, build, and get ripped! This twelve week program separates each muscle group, providing the opportunity to focus on destroying, and repairing tissue fibers for maximum growth. This course also includes cardiovascular workouts that help you achieve your fat burning zone, while continuing to get lean and refined! Ripped and Ready is designed to take you to a new level, intensifying your training every four weeks. This course can be used as a stand alone muscle building guide or a continuation of the Torch and Tone 12 Week Program.
By the completion of Ripped and Ready, you will have maximized your muscle build, while taking your body to a new level of fitness achievement.
