Amanda’s Story
Amanda is a mom of 2 kids, works full time, was struggling with feeling insecure and ashamed with how she looked. Listen to her discuss with Melissa about her Bomb Mom journey – how she has created a home gym, works out 5-6x a week, feels good about how she looks and even loves wearing shorts now!
Christine’s Story
Christine was 38 weeks pregnant during the time this podcast was recorded and is now a mom of 5 young kids. She chats with Melissa about how she struggled with depression, not feeling good about failing other programs she had tried. Not anymore – no excuses for this lady! Even pregnant and creating life, she dropped fat and built muscle, completely transforming herself inside and out!
Bomb Mom Program & Free Reignite Yourself Bootcamp
A bomb mom has the right mindset, organization and activity. Melissa helps you develop a strong mindset to go on this journey. She is all about strong independent like-minded women. Melissa doesn’t do diets. She gives you practical nutritional advice so that you know what to order at a restaurant (it’s definitely not just salads), and FYI there are no meal plans. You’re gonna collect data on your body, learn how your body responds to food, and eat what works best for you. Cardio is great but it’s not what is going to get you ripped. You’re gonna be squatting, lifting weights, doing functional training, and she will help you every step of the way with complete workout programs to follow.
You will get a support system of women just like you (aka supermoms), and trainers to hold you accountable. Share the good, the bad and the ugly in a private Facebook group. So, schedule a call with Melissa here it’ll take 15 minutes, she will get to know you and you can ask any questions you have.

Meet Melissa Vogel

Melissa Vogel is an energetic keynote speaker, business owner, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, 1st degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a mother of three, and a podcaster. She was voted Best Personal Trainer for 2020 by Inland Empire Magazine, and built the Busy to Bomb Fit Mom exercise system. She is quickly becoming recognized for her expertise and influence in her field!
Melissa has also contributed to numerous publications and has been featured in the Trail Blazer Magazine, and published in the April 2020 edition of Health Magazine. Her approach incorporates personal experience, energy, humor, and charisma.
