Find Your Balance
“We make choices every day. Be the difference and make the difference.”
Sean discusses with Melissa how to fit in your fitness routine while being a parent, working, and making time to have a healthy relationship. Sean shares how not being on the same page with your partner can, and has personally impacted his fitness journey. He chats about some of his favorite ways to fit in a quick workout and also how important it is to rest.
Creating Habits
Make a list of what is NOT an option. What is something you must do? For Melissa, missing a workout is NOT an option. They share how creating habits get easier and how workouts do not have to be in the gym. Listen how they discuss that you have the freedom to make your own choices, how you were raised is not an excuse to not evolve, and how to help your partner break generational (bad) habits together.
