Basic Steps to Showing Up In Your Life
Stop, take a deep breath and ask yourself “What would I be without these thoughts?” When you are stuck in a loop, struggling to move forward, ask yourself that question and then go DO what it is you would be doing without those spiraling thoughts. Reset. Focus. Be aware. You won’t know you are asleep until you wake up. Pay attention. Listen to yourself. SHOW UP to your life. Your joy is your air. Turn on the lights. What lights you up from the inside out? LEAN. INTO. THAT.
Let IT Go…
It’ll work out, just let it go. Believe that the universe WILL deliver. Trust in your gut. Tell yourself “I do not struggle. I’ll be fine.”
The Journey of Finding Yourself
There is a way to exist, even when things feel like they are falling apart. Do the little things. Do them day after day, they’ll become easier. You will learn that you can do hard things. You will discover yourself. Create wins. Wake up, open the door, BE who YOU are.

Meet Melissa Vogel

Melissa Vogel is an energetic keynote speaker, business owner, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, 1st degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a mother of three, and a podcaster.
