The first act of self-love is taking the time to learn how to choose yourself. When you stop abandoning yourself you have found self-love. It’s time to start having your own back.
It’s not about perfection.
Let’s face it, we are all human and we are not perfect. Learn how to catch that little voice in your head that is criticizing you. Flipping that switch so that you are able to uplift yourself in any moment and find something good. To say “I am enough as I am right now” and BELIEVING it.
What is a healthy relationship?
It takes two WHOLE people coming together to deepen joy. You have to have your own joy first, to be complete on your own, before you can find joy in one another. Do the work on yourself or you will just repeat past patterns and relationship cycles. Learn how you can be open and trust unconditional love.
