The number one thing that plays a role in looking younger is sleep! Period. This is the very first thing you want to get on track to slowing down aging. Next on the list is diet! What is on your plate accounts for 70% of how your skin looks. Eliminate “The 3 Whites”…white sugar, white flour, and dairy. Last but certainly not least is hydration! We are not talking about just hydration from the inside but also your environment on the outside. Aside from your daily water intake, make sure you sleep with a cool mist humidifier in your room at night.
