- Who benefits from supplementing with HGH?
What is HGH?
HGH is human growth hormone. We are all born with this hormone and then as soon as we finish puberty, it starts declining. All hormones are catalysts to create cellular change in the body and this one is super important. It’s responsible for metabolism, libido, oxygen potency in the blood, and muscle cell multiplication. It’s the master hormone (or as some call it, the God hormone). Because of these functions, we can see why it’s so important to our bodies to function regularly and the impact a decline has on the aging process.
How does it affect our bodies?
Most people notice a lack of HGH (without realizing that’s the issues) in their early to mid-forties. When people start feeling more tired, their skin loses elasticity, they don’t recover from exercise as quickly, they have poor sleep, or noticeable insulin resistance, they can really benefit from starting to supplement. Another important thing to remember is that estrogen and testosterone are not absorbed and utlilized to their best abilities without an adequate amount of HGH.
Who benefits from supplementing with HGH?
As mentioned above, most people start to notice a lack in this critical hormone in their early- to mid-forties and they will benefit the most. You can go to your doctor and ask for an IGF1 blood test to check this hormone level, but there’s no harm in taking it if you’ve noticed some of these symptoms. Most people don’t get blood tests and just start taking the BioProtein Tech HGH with great results. Also, there is no difference between women and men when it comes to this hormone and it works the same for everyone.
