What is it like to be a Bomb M0m?
I’ve noticed such a change in Kate’s confidence and the way she carries herself. It’s been so amazing to watch her come into her own over the past two years. Kate talks about getting over the guilt of missing a little more time with her kids to take care of herself because it’s just as important. Also, she explains that joining the Busy To Bomb Fit Mom program helped her gain awareness of her relationship and what was important to her so she could move forward and become her best self.
What are Kate’s biggest takeaways from being a Bomb Mom for the past couple of years?
Her mindset shift, boundaries, and removing negative self-talk.
Kate got a really clear vision of what she wanted her life to look like in the future and she started taking steps to get there. Because of the future version of herself, she knew what she would allow and what she wouldn’t, so setting boundaries has been another big takeaway. Also, she realized how easy it is to stay stuck in a place where you’re not happy than to take those steps. However, she knew that her life would only be what she wanted if she did the work and made the time for herself. Finally, she talks about negativity and how she doesn’t allow herself to think or say negative things about herself. She even tells her friends to stop speaking negatively about themselves when she’s around.
What makes this program so special?
It’s the community support, the coaching, and the way everything works together. Kate says that she was empowered to get over the obstacles that were holding her back by joining this program. She didn’t have the excuses anymore and there was a supportive community of women who were there to listen and truly become friends. The way we cover nutrition, mindset, exercise, and foster community makes such a difference with results and seeing this program as a lifestyle change and not just a band aid.

Meet Melissa Vogel
Melissa Vogel is an energetic keynote speaker, business owner, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, 1st degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a mother of three, and a podcaster.
Melissa was voted Best Personal Trainer for 2020 by Inland Empire Magazine, and built the Busy to Bomb Fit Mom exercise system.
She is quickly becoming recognized for her expertise and influence in her field!
