How are excuses holding you back?
Excuses are lies we tell ourselves to stay comfortable. Life will always throw curveballs but sometimes you have to make the time to do things that are beneficial for you. If you don’t take care of yourself, no one else will. Excuses keep you stagnant and I know you want more for yourself!
Why is it so important to shift our mindset?
Mindset is so important to any major life change. If you don’t think of yourself as the badass you are or could be, then you need to change how you think about yourself. Imagine what you want to feel like, what you want to look like and then you take the steps necessary to be her. I want you to see your greatness and do everything in your power to live that life. You can do this and your mindset can either make or break you. Stay positive and see what could be and I bet you’ll get there.
Why is having a plan of action so vital?
Having no plan will almost always end in failure. You have to have a plan of action and consider how you’ll handle situations as they arise. What are your gym days and how can we incorporate them into our lives as a non-negotiable? What do you say when someone asks why you aren’t drinking or if you want cake? The more you plan for any circumstance, the better off you’ll be. Make a calendar and plan out meals for the week, plan out what days you work each part of your body, all of these things will increase your chance of success and you’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.
