Your Relationship with Food
What is your relationship with food like? There’s a big difference in habitual vs. functional eating. Habitual eating is eating just because you eat often or the same thing. You aren’t always necessarily hungry when you eat habitually . Whereas eating functionally is understanding that food is fuel. And knowing that even though the Twinkie is good, it holds no nutritional value for you or your body.

The best thing you can be if someone in your life is on a weightloss journey is to be their biggest supporter. It is not an easy journey. If you are the only one in your home trying to eat better it can make your goal much harder to achieve. On the other hand, having support or better yet a partner in the journey makes it much easier to attain. Changing your relationship with food doesn’t have to feel like a breakup with Feast Mode.
