Meet Dr. Stacey Cooper
Dr. Stacey Cooper is a holistic health and wellness authority, inspirational speaker, and educator. She is the founder of Lifestyle Balance Solutions, International best-selling author of “What’s Self-Love Got To Do With It?”, creator of the Healthy Eating Blueprint™ and the Balanced Living Academy™, and the author of the “Healthy Fuels Cookbook™” and “Heal Your Health- Nourishing your Mind, Body and Spirit Naturally”, which is endorsed by Bob Proctor from the hit movie The Secret and by Jack Canfield, co-creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul. Dr. Stacey’s practice was founded in 1912 by her Great-Grandfather and she is a fourth generation practitioner with clinical experience which spans over 26 years.
Due to suffering her own health crisis as a result of not having balance in her life, rediscovery of what it takes to be healthy in this crazy world, lead Dr. Stacey to ultimately find the way to restoring her health naturally. Realizing the need for change
When was the last time you slowed down to take a breath? Dr. Stacey, like oh so many of us, was busy being everything for everyone but herself. We’re constantly on the go go go, and the moment we slow down we crack! Your body’s miraculous and will adapt to almost anything you put it through. But, one “relaxing” night in a hot tub would have cost her her life had her husband not been around. It’s almost like you have so much to do that you don’t think about it, you just do it. Then, when you slow down for one second and all those things you did, all you are doing and all you still need to do, comes flooding down on you. If you put your all into everything you do (and we should), how will there be time for it all? Prioritize.
You will tolerate that which you don’t hate
“Interest does not equal commitment”
How committed are you? To your kids, to yourself, to weight loss, etc. etc. If the answer to those is not 100% you are wasting your time. If your answer is 90% you are already making excuses and using that 10% as a crutch should you not be successful. Why start anything in that mindset right? You have to really hate the way you look to fully commit to a workout routine. The same goes towards all aspects of your life. In order for something to work you have to completely avoid the opposite. That’s when success and total commitment will come. Pause, feel, reflect, and understand what it is you want your life to look like and jump in.

Did you know that every seven years we get a whole new skeleton? Neither did I. It remodels itself to cope with whatever stress we’re putting on it. This could be from being a swimmer or a runner, even weight gain. Our skeleton has to compensate for all we do. Our bodies naturally adapt to the environment we put them in. So, why not change that environment?
The north american diet is killing our bodies. The healthcare industry only profits when we’re sick. And, the sugar intake is outrageous. For example, wheat spikes your blood sugar at a higher and faster rate than if you just ate table sugar. Yet we’re cutting table sugar and eating more sandwiches in the name of “eating healthier”? To clarify, if you can’t understand the ingredients, it doesn’t belong in your body. Try eliminating sugars from your diet for 5 days. It’ll only take 5 days to notice that you’ll feel lighter, cleaner, healthier, and when the body feels this way the whole system starts to heal.
