Having everything doesn’t mean anything
How many of us have “everything”? House, car, kids, job, the whole kit and caboodle. Are you in love or has that fallen short? Many of us have let people into our hearts that should never have been there in the first place. We like the idea of the individual more than were actually compatible with them for the sake of saving face. Checking off the list isn’t as important as you’d think. A lot of people look good on paper. But, can you really be with this person forever? Sure, they’re tall, dark, and handsome but, what if that’s all they are?
Emotional trauma
Emotional trauma is something we’ve been through that we haven’t yet processed. It’s what’s holding us back. We have to change our thoughts to change our lives. It starts with healing from the root cause. And knowing isn’t enough, we have to deal with it and it’s scary but being scared is what’s keeping us in these self sabotaging patterns. Know your worth! You have to love yourself first right? Well, do your actions, behaviors and beliefs line up with that? You have courage when it comes to other people, but what about for yourself? Have courage, it’s an act of self love. Realize there is a better way and be open to it. It’s not about what you do in dating, it’s about who you choose to spend your time with.
Finding epic love
Some of us can’t self select what our root causes for self sabotage are and that’s where Lilli comes in. It may hurt but it is what will help you in the long run. Lilli speaks from personal experience. She has been through it first hand, and knows what isn’t going to work. For example, “just having fun” leads nowhere, you’re selling yourself short. Just having fun isn’t you and it’s almost like you’re not really being yourself in order to keep someone else around. It’s all about authenticity, be who you are, be confident. If you aren’t enough for someone, too bad. The last thing you want is to repeat the past. There is a better way.
