Meet Bryce Henson
Bryce Henson was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He grew up in Michigan But has spent most of his adult life in California. He is a graduate of Michigan State University. And, thanks to living in Florianopolis Brazil for a while, speaks Brazilian Portuguese fluently. He holds citizenship in the United States and Portugal. He enjoys world travel and is a fitness expert, coach, author, and inspirational leader.
Having over 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry and owning 2 FBBC locations, his passion is spreading fitness to the world, in addition to mentoring fitness professionals on how to grow their businesses and change more lives in their local communities.

How it all began
Bryce moved to California for work around 2004. After a while, his friend and new roomate Adam came out to live with him. Adam was in shape and Bryce was interested in learning his fitness routine. Adam asked Bryce for a 90 day commitment. Bryce agreed and after the 90 days was happy with his results. There’s something about feeling that little change, seeing the progress you’ve made in that short amount of time that makes you want to keep going. So he did. One day while working out Bryce found himself being asked questions similar to the ones he had for Adam. How do you work out? Can you give me some pointers? And he was off to the races.
Environment

What kind of people do you surround yourself with? We are naturally tribal beings so surround yourself with people who are confident, energetic, enthusiastic and ideally have similar goals. Because, no matter what your goals are, those people will be motivating and pushing you to be the best version of yourself in any venture. The time is now to focus on health because obesity is a slow killer.
The long term effects

Nobody really cares what you look like at the gym, they’re all worried about how they look. Trust me nobody’s judging. But the gym is a great way to find people on the same journey that you’re on.
