Who are the coaches
Melissa a mother of three, Julie a mom of six and Emily mom of five started Bomb Mom. You know how busy it is to be a mom, wife, chef, doctor and chauffeur. And you want to add In-Shape to that list? For real? Is it even possible? Believe it or not YES! This isn’t the trainer at the gym who doesn’t care about your personal life, who only worries that you’re paying them. It’s not just workouts. This is community and friendship building with other real moms who can relate to each other and motivate each other because they know what you are going through and you all have the same goals. This is a family who will care for and push you to be your best you. Just like they have with each other.
Pros- The rewarding side
For Julie its the sense of community. This program has taken her out of her comfort zone and helped with her personal growth and created a healthy balance in her life.
Emily enjoys that this program has created an outlet for her outside of motherhood, its strengthened her marriage and she loves helping other women learn to stand up for and believe in themselves.
Cons- The hard part
All women agree the hardest part is seeing people leave before they’re ready. There are many reasons people quit, “My husband doesn’t think I can do it”, “I’m going to do it on my own”, it’s hard when people won’t fight for themselves. Nobody benefits when you aren’t the best version of you.
“It’s so exciting to see women grow”
This isn’t just a fitness group, this is like minded women to share your life with. What are you waiting for? Take that step. If you could have done it on your own you’d already be doing it. “Don’t be intimidated, were normal women, were not perfect, not everything gets done at home”. It’s a step by step process.

Meet Melissa Vogel
Melissa Vogel is an energetic keynote speaker, business owner, certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, 1st degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, a mother of three, and a podcaster.
Melissa has been voted as the Best Personal Trainer for 2020 by Inland Empire Magazine, and Built the Busy to Bomb Fit Mom exercise system.
She is quickly becoming recognized for her expertise and influence in her field!
