What is EMF exposure?
“Electro Magnetic Field is a force created by the combination of electricity and magnetism.”
- Sunlight is the most natural form of EMF’s.
- Ionizing EMF’s are the most harmful and come from x-rays and gamma rays.
- Non-ionizing EMF’s which are less harmful but, you still need to be careful with other things like cell phones, bluetooth, powerlines, and appliances (microwave, tv, radio).
What does EMF exposure cost?
So, technology does bring tremendous value to society, and the cost of that exposure comes in different varieties.
Time lost for example, while mindlessly watching the cell phone. Likewise, letting the kids watch videos at the restaurant instead of having that family time. There are delayed health effects as well. In fact, the more EMF’s a fetus is exposed to, the greater chances are that child will develop asthma by the age of 13. It also leads to issues with memory development in children and also causes anxiety and depression.
“It’s overbearing, the levels were exposed to.”
There are some scientific shown links between EMF exposure and things like thyroid, breast, and prostate cancer. You don’t want to hold your phone in your bra or your back pocket for extended periods of time.
One of the many things you’ll want to steer clear of from here on out.
Bluetooth headphones! The thing about bluetooth headphones is that they go directly into your ear next to your brain. The skull does provide some level of protection but the ear canal goes into and opening of the skull, consequently making it useless in protecting you from the EMF’s being out out by your earphones. A better alternative would be to use non-bluetooth products like headphones or using the speaker.
