Are you taking supplements? Are they working for you as much as you think they are? Did you know most of them pass right through your body? Why are minerals so important in our body?
Meet Barton Scott
He had been on supplements for many years, then around the time he lost his mother, Barton also suffered from memory loss. Then he realized that the two events were linked and set out on a journey to discover all he could about the human body and how it functions.
He discovered that mineral supplements aren’t being absorbed like they should into the body making them less effective if at all.
Today were talking nutrients, which ones you need, which could be hurting you causing health issues as well as mood swings, and how to help combat these ailments with minerals. Yes, we mean like periodic table minerals.

Minerals and why you need them
“Everyone should be taking iodine.”
No, not table salt. Table salt actually has very little of the Iodine you need. Did you know that if a pregnant woman is Iodine deficient you can expect a 20 point lower IQ in the baby because the brain doesn’t develop the way it should? Iodine helps with many things for example thyroid function. Of 6,000 people tested 96% were Iodine deficient.
Women high in Copper tend to be un-grounded, maybe start tasks but not finish them, some tend to have an overproduction of estrogen and it makes it hard to lose weight.
People high in Zinc (mostly men) may seem overly analytical.
You could even survive for some time off sunlight, water, and minerals alone.
Nutrients in our soil
In the last 80 years we’ve lost 40% of the nutrients in our soil. Forty percent! There are about 60-80 years left before no nutrients are left in our soil. We need minerals to survive. So lets take our Iodine, birth smarter babies and hope one of our brilliant babies saves the planet.
