Big Hairy Audacious Goals
“I broke it down into small, mentally manageable pieces” – Suzy Goodwin, on how to approach a 100 mile race
Suzy discussed breaking down each mile of her Guinness World Record race as well as a 100 mile ultra marathon into bite size pieces. This is advice you can use in any program, even as a beginner!
If you have a goal to tackle a 60 or 90 day program, break it down to months, weeks, and days as needed. Small wins create momentum!
