Oils for Dummies
The research summarized says: ‘when you increase omega 3s in your diet, provided they’re not damaged and don’t have too much toxin in them, you can improve virtually every major degenerative condition of our time.’ That’s the summary. (Udo Erasmus)
Some other benefits of including omega 3s in your diet are that they:
- Help strengthen your bones because omega 3 carries minerals into your bones.
- If you take a tablespoon of a blended oil like Udo’s oil per 50 pounds of body weight once a day – in food or spread out over the course of the day – within a month, your stamina when exhausted in physical activity, can go up 40%-60% on average.
- Omega 3 oils increase levels of oxygen in the body, which means that you can recover levels of oxygen in your body after increased activity.
- Omega 3 oils increase your oxidation rate which is how your energy is made in the body.
There are other benefits you can enjoy with the consumption of the right balance of oils:
- Your skin is improved by retaining moisture better
- Your reflexes are sharper
- Sleep becomes deeper
- You build muscle faster and lose them slower
What they found out in studies is [that] every child gets less omega 3s than the previous child [in utero], each child [born] depletes the mother further and they think it is the reason why women get, 2 – 15 times more frequently, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression, collagen loss, inflammation and autoimmune diseases than men do, because men never get pregnant, so they don’t need to have as much or convert as much. (Udo Erasmus)
Therefore, women need to make sure they receive a reliable source of both omega 3 and 6 fatty acids for their health and for the health of the children if they get pregnant.
8-step process to creating Total Sexy Health
There are different steps to wellness and true health that Udo discusses, and it ranges from inner, center-based feelings right out to how much you sleep at night.
For Udo, health is a total body and mind experience and requires both energy and cooperation between the mind, body, and spirit.
1 – Awareness: at the core of your being your center is awareness. This can be called different things: consciousness, awareness, God. What this all relates to is this center, this source of perfect peace and feeling whole.
2 – Life energy: life energy is solar energy because most of the energy that you have and receive ultimately comes from the sun.
3 – Positive mind: this is the shine of your solar energy. This is about helping to make life better for the people around you.
4 – Body health: food, fitness, digestion, and sleep.
5 – Survival smarts: the protective part of your mind that has to do with protection and procreation, the relationship between your body and the physical environment and the people around you. This is about learning skills to move through life easily.
6 – Social group: who you hang out with makes a significant difference to your health.
Talk to your life. Your life will never steer you wrong, talk to the master inside. Life is the master inside because [that] is where you get the best advice. Give those people who you don’t gel well with the space to find their own master too instead of distracting them from the work they need to do. (Udo Erasmus)
7 – The outer environment: nature, planet earth, our solar system.
8 – The big picture: this is about where you are, in a tiny body that will die, while being aware that you are present in an infinite universe with infinite possibilities and potential. When you are aware of this, all of you as a person and entity will enter wholly into every relationship you have in and with the world.
Life becomes easy because things fall into place because you have your place spiritually and physically.
