You may have been working hard, and you stand on your scale and you look down and it’s not the number you expected to see…wtf!
You have to learn to separate yourself from that and remember that the scale doesn’t define you, those numbers don’t define you!
Ashley’s situation
The last time Ashley had a scan it told her she gained 1% body fat in 2 weeks. This is not possible! She is pretty lean and getting quite cut up. You have to work really hard to put on 1% body fat. Keep in mind that 3500 calories = 1 pound.
Remember that the scan and the scale are just tools, they are not 100% accurate. You can only judge by looking at pictures and how your clothes feel.
Complex bodies
All our bodies are different and you have to work what the combination and exercise and calories is for you. What works and what doesn’t. If your scan doesn’t come back with the result that you were expecting, you now know what you need to do differently.
